Vibration/Sound

Vibration and sound are devices that detect vibration and sound and convert them into electrical signals. There are vibration sensors, microphones, and ultrasonic sensor elements. A vibration sensor is a sensor device that detects vibration. Generally, vibration acceleration and displacement are detected. A microphone is a device that converts sound (air vibration) into an electrical signal. There are types such as MEMS microphones and electret condenser microphones (ECM). MEMS microphones have excellent heat resistance, so reflow mounting is possible. ECM microphones are widely used in microphones and other products as general-purpose electronic components. Ultrasonic sensor elements are parts used as receivers and transmitters that transmit and receive ultrasonic waves to and from ultrasonic sensors.
