Compatible Material Type Typical MG Wire for 590 MPa Class Steel Amount Of Content 1 Box (20 kg) Mass(g) 20000
Application and Usage Characteristic Fillet welding and but welding of steel frames, bridges, construction machinery, general machinery, pressure vessel, etc. Arc is secured with wide current area and workability is good. Suitable for downward, horizontal and lateral welding in high current area. Excellent crack resistance and impact properties. Main Points of Work Pear-shaped bead cracks may occur in welded parts on the first layer of a single bevel groove. Be sure to use a low current for welding the first layer on thick plates with narrow openings. To prevent low temperature cracking, be sure to preheat to 50°C-100°C depending on plate thickness and constraints. See Pages 142 and 143. Chemical Composition of Deposited Metal C(%) 0.08
