Mass(g) 20000 Application and Usage Characteristic Pressure vessel, bridge, vehicle, and machine welding. Corresponds to 550 to 610 MPa grade steel. Extremely low hydrogen bar, with Nada moisture absorption. Arc concentration, beaded outward appearance is good, and general stance welding is easy. Main Points of Work Dry for approximately 1 hour at 350-400°C prior to use. Arc strike portion can cause cracks on base metal. Please use a backtracking or scrap metal method. Although type of steel and plate thickness varies, preheat at 50-100°C. Please note that if a large amount of deposit metal is used in high input heat welding, the strength and durability of the deposit will be reduced.
