· These power circuit connectors are available in four different keying structures for the same number of electrodes, and are the first available on the market for home appliances, especially gas and other liquid bearing devices.
· Since conventional methods only differentiated connections by housing color, this method allows for reliable assembly when parts cannot be seen, preventing improper connections.
· The previously complex ordering and management process has now been made much more efficient.
· In addition, thanks to the implementation of 1.2R large R shape connectors, you can achieve a work environment that is easy on the hands.
· A compact design with a coupling height of 19.4 mm.
· The power circuit connectors have a 5.0 mm spacing between contacts.
· The board-to-board connectors are structured using a power-supply plug and circuit board header assembly.
· Reliability is improved since the connector audibly clicks when the contacts are connected.
· In addition, partial mounting is prevented as it is equipped with a double lock plate.
· The locking lever is enclosed by a wall on both sides, protecting the lever and preventing wire entanglement.
· These connectors are constructed to allow air bubbles to escape when potting (circuit board coating).
· Equipped with a housing lance to prevent contacts from becoming entangled.
