In addition to plain linear bearing bushings according to the standard, MISUMI also offers a variety of configurable, maintenance-free bearings with a collar and optionally with flange or plain bearing bushings in housings. The flanged bushing, which is equipped with solid lubricant or lubrication unit, is ideal for unlimited linear and rotational movements and can be configured in the MISUMI online shop.
Our product range includes oil free plain bearing bushings for shaft diameters from 3 to 100 mm and lengths from 4.6 to 120 mm in ISO tolerances: E7, G6, H7, h7, m6, r6. Oil free bearings made with brass, sintered bronze, copper alloy with solid lubricant (graphite), cast iron with solid lubricant, POM (polyacetal), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and steel with composite layer are available for further selection.
With MISUMI's ready-to-install, bearing bushing (flange bearings, plain bearing bushings in housings) you achieve advantages over conventional indirect and direct cost savings from design to assembly.
