In the MISUMI online shop, you will find a variety of hardened drill bushings and collar locating bushes in aluminum, ceramic, brass, steel and stainless steel with a hardness of up to 62HRC. The different ISO tolerances of the outer diameter in g6, h6, m6, n6 and p6 enable a wide variety of fitting variants. With the selectable surface coatings burnished and nickel-plated, our ceramic and metal centring bushes and positioning bushings are well protected against corrosion. Even without press fit, MISUMI offers a variety of drill bushing fixtures with notch-type sockets for mounting with shoulder screws or collar-type sockets with mounting flanges. The drill bushes with an oval inner diameter can enable length compensation, which avoids tilting. The configurable lengths of 3 mm to 60 mm, as well as the selectable inner diameters of 2 mm to 40 mm and outer diameters of 5 mm to 62 mm, extend the design freedom.

The drill bushing is suitable for a wide variety of mechanical engineering purposes due to its diversity. It is utilised in positioning and guiding of drilling bits in drilling gauges up to the precise mounting of centring pins as centring bushing or locating bushing.
