· This product enables outstanding weld workability by providing 19% Cr - 9% Ni austenitic structure weld metal that contains the appropriate amount of ferrite, a stable arc, minimal sputter and excellent slag removal.
· It has low susceptibility to cracking and enables a weld metal with excellent mechanical properties to be obtained.
· Because HS-308L has low carbon content, it features excellent heat and corrosion resistance, and deposits less chromium carbide, offering excellent grain boundary corrosion resistance even if the welding is left as is.
