Do not use with oil as this might cause clogging. When clogged, use a brush and clean using a detergent, etc. After washing, wipe away any moisture and ensure it is thoroughly dry before storing away. Do not subject to shock or impact as doing so may cause damage. The surface may become discoloured and turn brown. This is simply rust from the iron content of the polished blade and will not affect use.
